What are the strengths and weakness of the course?

  This course effectively integrates technology and innovative methods into English education, making it essential for prospective teachers to create relevant course content. However, technological limitations or a lack of skills in utilizing these tools may occur in some environments. These issues could be addressed with solutions in the course.

What did I find easy or difficult about the course?

  Since we create lesson plans for most classes, this one wasn't difficult. However, designing materials with varied content was tiring. It was also important to use time efficiently in order to manage other courses at the same time. Overall, it was enjoyable, and collaboration made it easier.

What was my most and least favourite task?

  My favorite was definitely creating flipped classroom videos because it was enjoyable to do the voiceover, design avatars, and create visuals for the video. My least favorite was designing corpus-based materials, as it was my first time using a corpus, which felt complex.

What would be my suggestion to improve it?

  Having background corpus knowledge and prior experience with simpler exercises might have made it easier. Additionally, simpler websites could have been preferred.

What would I tell to the students who would take this course next year?

  Try to do the assigned tasks with pleasure rather than as homework. Prepare these materials and plans carefully as if you will use them in your own lessons one day. Do not avoid any technological and innovative methods.

How would this course contribute to my professional development?

  I learned how to create attractive classes and materials using new topics and techniques. This course enabled me in transitioning from traditional classrooms to current language learning environments, providing excellent guidance for incorporating creative ways into my professional life.

  Hello again. I am here with the last task of the term. It was the task of chatting through Magic School AI with a historical figure of our choice about a topic we were curious about.  Then, we were asked to write a report about the interview and revise the report using AI feedback. I made Socrates my chatmate and satisfied my curiosity about Socratic questioning.
