The Last Post of the Semester: Reflection on Technology Integration in English Teaching
Greetings to everyone. This is not a farewell post, it is a reflection post. I will talk about what this course has contributed to me throughout the semester. Before this course, I thought the place of technology in English teaching was limited to slides and games. However, with the content of the course and the tasks given to us, I realized that this was never the case. For example, it would be a much more attractive and effective teaching technique if a grammar topic was presented using infographics instead of limiting it to a simple slide. Also, I had assumed that the communication skills course would only involve speaking exercises, but I was wrong. Speaking can take many forms, including podcasts and digital stories.
